CBS Sports pundit Thierry Henry used his return to his former Emirates Stadium to teach his children about the history of football, including his father being an Arsenal legend and his deep dislike of Tottenham Hotspur.

Because of his outstanding performance and personality, Arsenal erected a statue of him at their home ground, showing him celebrating with a double knee slide after scoring against Spurs in 2002. 

When she had the chance to tour the area around the stadium with her children, ‘Titi’ took the opportunity to win the hearts of ‘Gooners’ fans in another way. 

“Why are you making that face, Dad?” asked the daughter. Henry 

The former stylish striker also said, “Because that day, my father was irritated.” 

Son: “Why are you so upset, Dad?” 

Henry: “Because that day we played Tottenham – and Dad doesn’t like Tottenham.” 

Henry played for Arsenal in two spells: 1999-2007 and early 2012.
